I am currently doing a Bachelor of Business Administration 4 year undergrad, and then I want to do in Toronto a 1 year Masters in Business or management & technology, and then a one year masters in international business in Europe. I want this to finish my education, rather than going to work and then stopping to do an MBA. What do you people think?

Sounds like a good enough plan. But, make sure you do an internship or two during this time.
