Yes, of course. You can get as many degrees as you wish. (Did you really get to be an MBA without knowing anyone who was going for their second Master's??)

Sure, you can even get a second MBA from another school. But I would imagine that your MBA is more valuable as the MBA curriculum is probably broader. Also, it's more important where you get your Master's degree than what the degree is titled. A plain ole Harvard MBA is certainly more valuable than say University of Phoenix's MBA-Global Management.

marketing includes advertisements and making sales. international business is having foreign relationships & making your business expand overseas. it's that simple. in my opinion, marketing is a lot easier but it will be difficult finding a job. international business is fairly demanding, but you'll have to be at least bilingual (you'll should be fluent in at least 2 languages). good luck!

Jobs for someone with a master of international business, but no job experience

Jobs for someone with a master of international business, but no job experience?
-I've only had a semester long internship with an international company. -I'm still learning Spanish but I'm not fluent enough. -I've had two study abroad experiences which were both in Australia for a total of 2 years I was advised to get a masters by several professors. I don't regret my decision! It's the best thing I've done. "Sorry"...

Hired and fired hundreds over the last 40 years. I always suggest an applicant gets his/her BBA a few years of experience then attack the Masters program. Some listen some don't....those who don't are overqualified concerning education and under-qualified concerning experience.......sorry.

A master's degree in international business is less frequently offered than an MBA with a concentration in international business. I see no reason why your planned undergraduate major(s) would prevent your admission to either program. Admission opportunities for the best MBA programs are often significantly improved by a few years of work experience, preferably in business, after the bachelor's degree is awarded. You might also benefit by teaching English in Japan for a year after your bachelor's degree is awarded.

What is better, a Master in Finance or a Masters in International Business

What is better, a Master in Finance or a Masters in International Business?
And does it make a huge difference what degree I get? Can't find any jobs at all, so I was thinking of going back to school for a graduate degree in business.

I would suggest finance with an embedded CFA qualification eg http://www.usfca.edu/artsci/grad/financial_analysis/index.html The CFA qualification is very well thought of and even in this lousy climate has good job prospects eg the FBI would love to hear from you (financial crime detection and investigation is in demand right now). Thanks Bill

How useful is a master's degree in international relations/business (or just in general)

How useful is a master's degree in international relations/business (or just in general)?
I'm considering pursuing a masters in international relations or business (probably business) after taking a year or so off from school. (Taking the year off because I am applying to law schools but realized that I probably won't be able to go without being drowned in loans and job prospects aren't as good as I thought. Don't have the time or money to do last minute master's applications and GRE.) How useful would a masters in international business be? Is it worth the time and money?

Well, its tough to say very much since I don't know anything about you and your ambitions. But I can tell you about my experiences. I'm going for a masters in aeronautical and astronautical engineering during night school, but I don't think I'll get a pay raise or better jobs because of it. I hope so - its a lot of work - but I haven't found anything that gives me much hope. So I'm not sure you'll see a lot more success with a masters in international business. I think employers are more concerned with work experience than education (after B.S. degree) so they don't value education as much. On the other hand, you may really enjoy getting a masters degree and that's valuable in its own right. Good luck!

If all of your credits are accepted you have about two years to go before you receive a bachelors degree and about two to three years additional for a masters degree./

Do you think a MASTER OF INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS is a good degree to get

Do you think a MASTER OF INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS is a good degree to get?
I got my undergrad degree in business, but I wanted to do the Masters. Do you think that would be a good degree to go for? It doesn't seem to be an MBA, but it's still a Master in business. Do you think it's worth it or not? I saw that they offer these degrees in Australia, but I would like to use it for the States. Please advice me what I should do. Thanks

Sure if you want to have a really boring life.

Sure, it sounds like a very fine degree. In many US business schools, it is packaged as an MBA with a concentration in international business. You might be wise to spend some time learning a couple of foreign languages as well. There's plenty of work in international business.
