MBA or Master? What is better for a career in business

MBA or Master? What is better for a career in business?
I got my B.A. in business and looked at several MBA programs and Master programs for International Business etc. It seems that the requirements for the MBA program are a little tougher, since they always require the GMAT and a lot of work experience. I don't really have that, but would like to go for a higher degree. So should I go for the Master or the MBA?

Personally, I believe that any education helps. However, the MBA degree definitely has a bit more marketability when searching for a job. Any good MBA program will produce a graduate with a common set of recognizable business skills for the marketplace. MBA's also have a strong network of alumni that can help in your professional life after graduation. I work in finance, and have seen a few people with MS degrees in various business fields, e.g. accounting. This seems to be helpful in that particular field of specialization, and sometimes is viewed as a step towards an ultimate PhD. Good luck!

How do I make a start? have no prior experience. Salaries that I can expect. Mine was a strategic degree so how will it help? I have a very good personality, excellent communication skills and friendly attitude. As this is required in business graduates. How does studying business differ from actually working ?
