I was originally thinking of doing an MBA, but these degrees seem incredibly expensive and very time consuming as well. So I was thinking of doing a Master in International Business instead. Not cheap either, but a little cheaper at least. Do you think it's worth it to do a Master in business or employers won't really care about it? I mean, do you think it will help me in the long run?

You must be speaking about some specific school, because normally there is no difference in price between an MBA and a Master of International Business, and they aren't necessarily all that expensive. I can tell you that the MBA is much better-accepted than other masters degrees for business careers. As to how much it will help you, it really depends on both what you want to do and where you are in your career. If you just graduated from undergrad, unless you get a very technical degree, it really won't help you much. If, however, you have been out of college for a minimum of 3-5 years, it can make you eligible for the next level of management, if that is what you want to do. b

Depends. Do you plan to live in NYC? If so, go for it! Or do you plan to live in Waterloo, Iowa? If so, hmmm, it'll help, but not as much. If you plan to live in Bailey, Texas, don't even think about it!
